Movement Method 1 &2 certified/ Horse Boy Method 1 & 2 certified

I grew up in Virginia until I was 11 when I moved to the state of Maine for 6 years. I moved back home in 2022 to the beautiful Gloucester County! I have been around horses since I could walk as my mom has been an avid rider since she was 16. I got my first very own horse when I was 14, he is a beautiful Arabian who has taught me so much about patience. I primarily ride western; my horse and I have taken up the hobbies of pole bending and running barrels. Growing up I had many hobbies and played many sports including field hockey, soccer, cheerleading, lacrosse, and my most successful sport, wrestling. I started wrestling in the 6th grade where I would then go on and be the first girl in my school to win a wrestling state title my junior year! I am currently in college online at Penn Foster to become a veterinary technician and hope to specialize in large animal/equine medicine. My love for animals and my drive to help others is something I get from my mom as she is a paraprofessional at Gloucester High School. She is a passionate horse person and has always pushed me to be the best person I can. I am so grateful and proud to be a part of this amazing organization!
