Highlander joined CHATS in the Summer of 2023. He is a Spotted Draft Cross Gelding who is 17.1 hands tall (that’s tall!). He is a Paint, and his markings are almost a Medicine Hat. Native American legend says these horses have the magical power to protect their riders from injury. Highlander is currently in training to become our latest therapy horse. He has a background as a trail horse and has experience driving. He is currently in training with Equestrian Chaos in Mississippi doing renaissance festivals all over the United States & will return to C.H.A.T.S in 2025!
